05 - Distribute diced fruits evenly in a silicone mold or glass dish, ensuring uniform coverage across the bottom.
06 - Gently pour agar agar mixture over arranged fruits, ensuring all pieces are submerged. Cool to room temperature.
07 - Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes until completely set. Unmold or cut into cubes. Serve chilled.
