01 - In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix the cranberry, orange, and pineapple juices.
02 - Stir in maple syrup or honey until fully incorporated.
03 - Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, orange slices, lemon slices, and fresh cranberries to the mixture.
04 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, optional but recommended.
05 - Just before serving, pour in the chilled sparkling water or ginger ale and stir gently.
06 - Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with mint sprigs if desired.
