01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat for pan frying.
02 - Flatten each slice of bread to approximately 1/4 inch thickness using a rolling pin.
03 - Place one cheese stick on the edge of each bread slice. Roll up tightly, sealing the edge with a small amount of melted butter.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll up with melted butter.
05 - Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian herbs. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered roll ups.
06 - Set roll ups seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
07 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the exterior is golden and crisp. If pan frying, cook while turning for even browning.
08 - Serve hot accompanied by marinara or preferred dipping sauce.
