01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook as per package instructions until just tender.
02 - Drain noodles and rinse with cold water to halt cooking. Shake off excess water thoroughly.
03 - Spread noodles on a clean kitchen towel, pat dry, and allow to air dry for 10 minutes for extra crispiness.
04 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or wok over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (180°C).
05 - Carefully add a handful of noodles into the hot oil, spreading them out evenly. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
06 - Remove noodles with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining noodles.
07 - Serve immediately as a crunchy snack or as a topping for stir-fries and salads.
