12 - Fresh basil leaves

# How-to Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F.
02 - Lay flour tortillas flat and spread 2–3 tablespoons pizza sauce in center, leaving 1-inch border clear.
03 - Distribute mozzarella, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, red onion, oregano, and garlic powder evenly over sauce on each tortilla.
04 - Fold both sides of each tortilla inward, then roll from bottom to top, burrito-style, to completely enclose filling.
05 - Lightly brush or spray exterior of each burrito with olive oil for golden browning.
06 - Place burritos seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet for oven or in single layer in air fryer basket.
07 - Bake in oven for 18–20 minutes or air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until exterior is golden brown and crispy.
08 - Remove from heat, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh basil if desired, and serve immediately with additional pizza sauce for dipping.

# Expert Pointers:

01 -
  • The air fryer gives you that irresistible crunch without heating up your entire kitchen
  • They reheat beautifully for lunch the next day, making them meal prep gold
02 -
  • Overstuffed burritos will burst in the heat, so resist the urge to add just one more pinch of cheese
  • Let them rest for two minutes after cooking so the cheese sets slightly instead of oozing out when you cut them
03 -
  • Place burritos seam-side down and don't flip them until they're golden on the bottom to prevent unraveling
  • A pizza cutter makes the cleanest slices if you want to serve them as appetizer bites
