01 - Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
02 - Whisk together barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
03 - Pour sauce mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours until chicken is tender and reaches internal temperature of 165°F.
05 - Transfer chicken to a cutting board, shred using two forks, return to slow cooker, and stir to coat with sauce. Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
